You folks must still have some quality control and level of governmental inspection. Under the current administration in the US ours is in name only.
We have to be cautious. If I was in a foreign country and saw a US product on my market shelf, I probably would not trust the quality.

I’m glad I quit buying that soup a few decades ago. It was mostly due to the ingredients on the labels that often seem to be counter to a healthy diet.

If anyone ever creates a mechanism or algorithm that shows corporate boards and CEOs that honesty creates more profit then they’ll have the better mousetrap. Currently cons, frauds and sociopaths seem to be in control and keep coming up smelling like a rose.

Of course a whistleblower who tried to use the “chain of command“ is the one to be terminated. Despite laws, policies, and training, people who get these positions of authority over others typically (in my experience) are sociopaths who lack accountability and concern for employees and customers.
