Broke my months long gaming drought today with an afternoon of Fireball Forward set in 1940 East Africa. My British force failed to overrun the Italian defences in a fast, challenging and exciting game.

It’s been a long time since I last played Risk. I’ve had the Lord of the Rings edition sitting about for years now but hadn’t really got it out. While I was away recently the Wife made an impulse buy of a table suitable for playing board games so we christened it with a game of Risk #Wargaming
