371. The singing detective (1986 TV series) - complex character drama and musical. A mystery writer is trapped in hospital unable to move as his life & memories blurs with his noir detective story & musical numbers. A deep and complex show, still interesting to watch. Classic TV

370 Brimstone and treacle (1976) - horror & drama, a demon in the form of a young man cons his way into the home of an older couple caring for a brain damaged daughter, with shocking outcomes for all of them. Slow & gently nasty, it was banned but now dated & iffy direction and acting from the demon

369. The entertainer - drama, an older entertainer fading away in a seaside vaudeville show trying to have a shot of fame. I see what they are trying to do with he film but i really didnt like it, i went to see how long was left thinking it was 10mins but it was another hour, really not a fan

368. Eternity - romantic dark comedy, after dying a woman has to pick between her first love and long lasting husband to spend the afterlife with. A fusion of bits of beatlejuices admin afterlife and a matter of life and death. Not my usual thing but a fun film

367. Erotic drama about a woman who visits a family grieving over the father and sleeps with them and stokes the drama between them. Its a silly trashy soap opera but with more TnA. Not a fan

366. Pusher 3 - the crime drama takes another supporting character and puts in the spotlight, this time its recovering addict and drug dealer trying to sort out his daughters wedding and a deal . Great film that spirals out of control

365. The green man (limited series) - horror comedy, a randy hotelier has to contend with a ghost while he is trying to arrange a three way with his wife and friend. Its not too funny but there are is some evil dead style tree horror. Its tone is too wild for me to enjoy

364. A chorus line - musical drama that shows the casting process of a chorus line as it’s whittled down from 100 to find the 6, along the way we find out about life’s of cast and crew. Some excellent camera work and choreography, the songs i was less keen on but entertaining

363. City on fire - hong kong crime thriller, an undercover cop has to infiltrate a gang of criminals to take them down but has avoid cops and criminals trying to take them down. Really great film that has left its mark and influenced reservoir dogs, infernal affairs and more

362. The Life of chuck - nostalgic human drama based on the story by stephen king. Not horror or supernatural, it’s more like stand by me or TV show the wonder years. Its a bitter sweet look at life with the point of the film to enjoy life. Wonderful film
