369. The entertainer - drama, an older entertainer fading away in a seaside vaudeville show trying to have a shot of fame. I see what they are trying to do with he film but i really didnt like it, i went to see how long was left thinking it was 10mins but it was another hour, really not a fan

Todays delivery is the most recent film in @88films.bsky.social slasher collection, evil laugh is a new one to me. Its cool that it got a feature length documentary, i prefer those over commentaries. Any one a big fan of this one before this release? Or maybe its your latest favourite film?

I love Spiderman and enjoy the writing of bendis but i have never had any interest in his Aparently amazing run of ultimate Spiderman. I could help but get this omnibus. It collects the epic story that, spoiler alert sees peter parker die. Cant wait to read it. #spiderman #comics #ultimatespiderman

365. The green man (limited series) - horror comedy, a randy hotelier has to contend with a ghost while he is trying to arrange a three way with his wife and friend. Its not too funny but there are is some evil dead style tree horror. Its tone is too wild for me to enjoy

After being on my wish list for far too long i have picked up a hardcover version of from hell. Written by Alan Moore the comic tells a story around & about jack the ripper and the victims and a possible culprit. Bleak, black and white its a heavy read, Literally & intellectually

364. A chorus line - musical drama that shows the casting process of a chorus line as it’s whittled down from 100 to find the 6, along the way we find out about life’s of cast and crew. Some excellent camera work and choreography, the songs i was less keen on but entertaining

Todays delivery is a blind buy, its the filmography of richard Woolley, released by BFI as an unflinching eye. A film maker who it sounds pushes the boundaries and shocks, be an interesting set and cool extras. Most looking forward to the Yorkshire ripper style film.

362. The Life of chuck - nostalgic human drama based on the story by stephen king. Not horror or supernatural, it’s more like stand by me or TV show the wonder years. Its a bitter sweet look at life with the point of the film to enjoy life. Wonderful film

My copy of batman Deadpool #1 has been delivered! Being a huge doctor doom fan i had to get the alternative cover done by Lee Bermejo. The other issue, confusingly named Deadpool Batman #1 was a great read so iam sure this will be a fun one too. #dccomics #marvelcomics #comics
Picked up the latest katamari game. Once upon a katamari is the first game in more years than i want to say. The games are arcady puzzle games that see you rolling a sticky ball around getting bigger and bigger as you roll. its the music and artistic vibes of the game that i love

361. Pusher 2 - crime thriller sequel, a supporting character from the 1st being the main in this film. After being released from prison an untrustworthy guy tries to find a footing but being a possible father makes it hard. Better than the 1st film for me, both are great

359. The town that dreaded sundown (1976) - based on the true events about a masked man who assaults and kills woman in a small town in the 40s. The film is a mix of slasher style horror & police procedural. Its an odd mix and the comedy from the police is really jarring. Just ok

Iam a big fan of the writer Michael. j Straczynski from his time on Spiderman and also the TV show Babylon 5. His run on captain American is on my list to get, this is the 3rd and final volume and picked it up due to it being on sale.

339-358. Alan clarke BBC filmography - should have done these individual but consistently powerful and political. The works make you think, from “to encourage others” to “pendas fen”, “scum” to “elephant” & “the firm”. Often excellent work, the common critique is films endings
