Using Philadelphia’s open data, our findings suggest that if officers inclined toward bias-based pre-textual stops have no need to actively filter out white drivers, such officers will still target young, Black male drivers and selectively exclude older, Black female drivers for traffic violations.

Doing so allows for important with-in race comparisons and can be particularly useful for assessing bias in racially homogenous or segregated places.

My pleasure! His mosaics are definitely worth seeing! His Magic Gardens are beautiful, but tickets are expensive, so it is nice there are of publicly accessible examples of his work through that section of Philly.

My dad drove a hearse when he was in college. He said it was great for hauling party supplies and the like! Parking was a bit more difficult though.

Some charities/non-profits might take the furniture (dv shelters, etc.,). There are also sometimes flea market sellers you could reach out to directly who might consider buying the pieces from you.
