Rising labor costs has been an area of concern for many healthcare employers. Our recent UW CHWS @uwchws.bsky.social found that healthcare wages only increased at a rate that kept up with the cost of living except for aides/assistants. Read more: familymedicine.uw.edu/chws/2025/11...

💯 and serving as a discussant is something that senior folks are happy to do in addition to presenting!

Though, unfortunately I won't make it to ASHEcon next summer, I have welcomed cold emails to present/discuss on a panel in the past and welcome in the future!
In response to a question I've gotten about organized sessions....yes, it's totally OK to cold email people, even senior people

In my experience, people are generally happy you've thought of them and make it easier for them to submit

Interesting report - with large tech companies like Apple, Google, and Amazon trying to break into health care, I wonder how many physicians are tied to these companies. Also wondering if other clinicians also have these types of all-state licenses. 🤔
