I agree. Power in the US has always been with the SC whether by design or evolvement. That is becoming more obvious every day. I know many still believe in the Constitution without realizing it only means what SCOTUS says it means. They are free to interpret it any way the wish, with no questions.

All attempts at moving us closer to a true democracy have been abolished by SCOTUS.
The death knell to any hopes we had of having a true democracy was sounded by the Citizens United decision & our failure to renew Voting Rights Act.
