What if political agendas seek to forge a vast corridor from the Indian Ocean,across the Arabian Peninsula and Bab el-Mandeb Strait,to the Atlantic guarded by militias,not strong states with institutions?Oddly,all nations along this path (except Mauritania)lack effective governance and institutions.
