All so they can take power away from Utah voters and give themselves the right to redraw districts that guarantee themselves maximum power, no matter what the voters want. That isn’t public service. That’s self-preservation.

Now the Legislature is holding a special session to delay candidate filing, put a constitutional amendment on the November 2026 ballot and ask the Supreme Court to overturn the maps.

Utahns voted for better boundaries. They fought for it, volunteered for it, knocked doors for it, donated to it. And when the Legislature gutted the will of the people, Utahns went to court and they won.

At a moment when families can’t afford groceries, rent, or healthcare, our Legislature is spending its time and taxpayer dollars fighting to take away the most basic tool the people have to hold elected officials accountable: fair elections.

She knows what it takes to stand up for your values and bring people together to get things done, and I’m grateful to have her support in this campaign.

From passing groundbreaking non-discrimination policies on the local and state level to advocating and voting for equality in Congress, I’ve always been proud to stand with the LGBTQ community, not because it was always politically popular but because it was the right thing to do.

How we speak about and treat trans people, especially trans kids, is a test of our values and the health of our democracy. I’m committed to standing with the most vulnerable in our community and fighting for a country where every person is safe, seen, and able to live with dignity.

From the State Senate, to the Mayor’s office, to Congress, I’ve taken tough votes, built broad coalitions, and delivered real results. And when my moral compass required it, I stood alone, knowing the cost. That’s the leadership Utah deserves.

Tariffs are squeezing Utah families at the checkout line and in the housing market. I’ve worked on lowering costs in government and in the private sector, and I’ll take that experience back to Congress.

I’ve represented this community for most of my career, and I’m proud of the change we’ve made together. From passing Utah’s nondiscrimination law, to fixing our homeless services system.

I didn’t take the vote to impeach Donald Trump lightly. I knew the political cost. But what he did was wrong, and accountability matters. I’ll always defend the Constitution and stand up for the America I believe in.

I refuse to believe America’s best days are behind us. I’m running to fight for the country I grew up believing in, one where families can afford to thrive and where our leaders put people first.

For years, Utah voters were shut out by maps designed to silence them. With new fair boundaries, we finally have a real chance to send someone to Congress who actually listens. I’m ready to fight for the families politicians have ignored.
