Today is Transgender Day of Remembrance, a reminder that far too many of our trans neighbors, especially young people, are facing violence, isolation, and despair. This year, the U.S. lost more trans people to murders and suicides than any other country. That should shake every one of us.

Tariffs are squeezing Utah families at the checkout line and in the housing market. I’ve worked on lowering costs in government and in the private sector, and I’ll take that experience back to Congress.

I didn’t take the vote to impeach Donald Trump lightly. I knew the political cost. But what he did was wrong, and accountability matters. I’ll always defend the Constitution and stand up for the America I believe in.

For years, Utah voters were shut out by maps designed to silence them. With new fair boundaries, we finally have a real chance to send someone to Congress who actually listens. I’m ready to fight for the families politicians have ignored.

Campaigns are like a family: you show up for each other, work through the chaos, and keep moving toward something bigger than any one person. Last night’s volunteer kickoff was exactly that. Grateful for those stepping up and helping us give back, including the generous haul for the Utah Food Bank!

Utahns showed up. In our first 24 hours, we raised over $500,000, with 90% coming from small-dollar supporters and 75% from right here at home. This campaign is powered by everyday Utahns, and we’re just getting started.
