Trying to pay for parking by phone sometimes uses more #VisibleHealth pacepoints and is *always* more stressful than either weight training at the gym, or running for 5 minutes on a treadmill 🤔

It often times-out as I try to verify my payment via the bank.

Frustrating 😑

& that's despite running for longer than usual, within my two 5-minute Treadmill sessions. It felt so easy & I felt light as a feather 😆

Checking-in with my #KiActiv smartwatch (movement) data, I've used 26 minute of today's 60 minutes of 'Moderate' exertion quota.

& 1 min of 'Vigorous' exercise 🙏

I used to burn through 8-10 #VisibleHealth PacePoints in my weekly gym sessions. Now I use just a handful of PP.

RESTING properly in-between each activity allows my HR to return to a resting pace and I barely work-up a sweat.

Oh yes! (Tues)Day Off and couldn't be better rested nor more Stable and In Balance 👇

Weekly gym session (will take it easy, as ever)

Tuba playing can be RESTFUL.

End of tonight's rehearsal and I'm back on track; in-line with my daily #VisibleHealth pacesetter 🙏

#Pacing works - I'm living my life and avoiding the debilitating #PEM associated with my #LongCovid 😊
November 24, 2025 at 9:40 PM
...but I'm always keen to check-in with my *MOVEMENT* data from #KiActiv - via my separate Smartwatch; this confirms that, despite having had such a busy working day, I've only moved around 'Moderately' for 26 minutes.

My aim is to avoid exceeding 60 minutes per day, so I've paced it OK 🙏

Continous heartrate monitoring is *SO* useful when working out what works!

Sometimes I regain a RESTING heartrate simply by sitting in the driver's seat of my car 🙏

Leaving work after Department planning meeting. I'm now 'just' 5 Pacepoints ahead of my #VisibleHealth Pacesetter...

Mondays of this week of the two-week timetable are pretty intense and also LONG...

Lots of RESTING needed before tonight's Band rehearsal 🙏

Day off tomorrow.

Hard to pace when teaching 5 groups across different parts of the school building.

It's now 3pm and I have an hour of marking and planning ahead of me - reclining on the comfy seats in the staff room 🙏

6 #VisibleHealth PacePoints ahead of my daily pacesetter, so I need to get back on-track.

...and I've noticed that #KubiosHRV 'Normal' Readiness further indicates a more easily-paced day ahead 👇

Low #KubiosHRV Readiness tends to match with Sympathetic Swings.

Ridiculously High #KubiosHRV Readiness can match with Parasympathetic Swings, very low HR and very high HRV.

...leading to Balance ( #EliteHRV) and Stability ( #VisibleHealth) at 6am on Monday morning 🙏

Using these two apps together gives me greater confidence in my Readiness for this busy Monday ahead... [continues...]

RESTED 🙏
November 23, 2025 at 7:58 PM
Sunday morning.

Despite being 'In Balance' according to #VisibleHealth, my resting heartrate is slightly elevated and my Heartrate Variability has dipped slightly.

Both of my other apps suggest Sympathetic Nervous System ('Fight Or Flight') dominance 👇

Early warning heeded - Even more REST today.

All of my daily hour of 'Moderate' activity in one glorious stroll 😊

Of course, I'd been lying down for 16 hours beforehand 😄

Not enough time for my body to overexert.

Few #VisibleHealth pacepoints (PP) used today, as a result and more than 10 PP behind my daily pacesetter 🙏
November 22, 2025 at 2:57 PM
Just climbed #HaytorRocks for the first time in years - Very slow pace and stick-seat used every few metres 🙏

Kept my heartrate under control (my buzzer alert at 130bpm didn't go off at all!)

#Pacing to avoid #LongCovid #PEM and actually enjoying life, doing things again that I've been missing 😊
November 22, 2025 at 2:53 PM
Body is genuinely 'In Balance' - #EliteHRV confirmation 👇

#Pacing to maintain this Balance between Sympathetic and Parasympathetic Nervous Systems and to avoid overexertion; I don't want my #LongCovid #PEM symptoms to return!
November 22, 2025 at 6:09 AM
Saturday morning.

In two and a half years of daily #VisibleHealth morning check-ins, I've never experienced such 'Stability' for fourteen days in a row 🙏

I must be doing something right.

Just need to avoid the viruses that are circulating all around me - #COVID19 #FLU... I am vaccinated 😊
November 22, 2025 at 6:04 AM
Almost 11pm. Full-on day, but paced myself so very carefully 🙏

Within my #VisibleHealth daily PacePoints budget (based on heartrate across the whole day) ✔️

#KiActiv (movement) total energy use under 4000 cal ✔️ and total 'Moderate' movement limited to exactly one hour - my nominal daily 'limit' 🙏
November 20, 2025 at 10:53 PM
8:15pm Thursday

I was ahead of my #VisibleHealth Pacesetter for much of the day, following an unexpected car-scraping episode before work; my heartrate was raised and I didn't manage to get it down until a pause in tonight's Parents' Evening.

I've rested HARD.

At orchestra now and ALL IS GOOD 🙏
