A lot of the games I've loved more recently have largely been either games someone's directly recommended to me, or games I've come across in passing.

With the state the industry's currently in, I can understand this take.

The new games that'll probably appeal to you are, for the most part, not gonna be the ones given to you on a platter.

I've seen theories that adding the NPCs is to help build on Sylux's issues with the Federation, but even as someone whose only firsthand Metroid experience is a bit of Super and Prime 1, the way they're handling this so far doesn't feel right.

I imagine that's mainly because these studios have the budget to do mass-marketing to degrees that most can't. So unless you're making an effort to keep up with what's being made (which I think more gamers should), this is the kinda stuff you're mainly gonna see.

Both tend to be playful when teasing each other, so in that regard, I wouldn't say they embarrass easily.
