Not to mention the known fact of animators, cartoonists and such drawing lewds with their own creations. Even if it's an "inside joke". When people draw characters they draw them for their visual design, separating fiction and reality; in their art they do not think at all about the "kid aspect".

These shows are created by adults, who do adult things. These adults often even put adult jokes in these shows cause they know parents will be watching those two and it's fun to sneak in something for them too which kids wouldn't understand and be affected by. So "aimed for kids" isn't "kids only".

If you're worried about children seeing the porn, you shouldn't be. It's the job of the parents to police thier kids and what they watch on the internet. And it's important to realize that kid's shows might create innocent worlds but they don't exist in an innocent context.
