Feeling pudgy as of late.

New nutrition plan starts Jan 1 — including another break from the booze.

Thankfully I’ve still be working out on the regular…but it’s true, a lot of it is in the kitchen vs the gym.

Time to get back on track…well after the holiday break. Cause Xmas treats are 🔥

AI driving up pc hardware prices…my $99 32gb ram upgrade from 2023 would cost nearly $400 now.

I’ve been holding off upgrading my 3060Ti.

Now I’m now so sure I should wait much longer to upgrade.

Anyone else in this boat?

That’s just science.

I decided to dip my toe into bitcoin mining. I’m fully aware I’ll never make a dime off this. It’s like trying to dig to the center of the earth with an ice cream sample spoon from Baskin-Robbins.

But it looks cool on my desk, and it’s fun to learn about it. 17 years late-but I digress. #bitaxe

Playing Keeper from @doublefine.com — absolutely jaw droppingly beautiful.

I’m basically playing art. It’s rad.

@timoflegend.bsky.social you all at Double Fine push the medium forward every release!

And it’s fun to see my old pal Fiona in the credits!

Nerd coffee. Actually it’s some campfire blend I got from the Boy Scouts.

I totally overpaid, but 🤷

It’s in a nerdy mug though.

Totally sold my Xbox and moved the PC over to the tv. Now I just have that and the Switch 2.

So far it’s been fantastic.

The new Taylor Swift record is a collection of audio.

That is all I will ever say about this…

Finally hooked my PC up to my tv/home theater. Other than the RGB fan on the CPU it looks pretty good.

This might be the new way for gaming (other than switch 2 of course)

All hail GabeN

RIP EV Tax Credit.

I pulled the trigger on my first EV this year and have zero regrets. Best car I’ve ever owned. I’m glad I got the benefit.

I think EV adoption will slow for a bit, but it will pick back up as the industry adapts.

It’s the future.

So Ohio starting today I guess is requiring verification for certain content — I’ve not seen it yet, not that really have a need to come across it.

Though I did verify with BlueSky…

Not saying anything specific about how I feel about it, other than I’m a paid ProtonVPN user and it’s been great.

Taking a few choice games on vacation. Simple, high replay, and fun games…My daughter and her friend aren’t board gamers, so I didn’t want to unleash something like Scythe or Champions of Midgard on them.

Maybe my favorite game of all time (besides Tetris of course) and the Switch 2 makes it even better.

Time to get lost in this game all over again.

Next up, a faux make-up. But the die is cast as the loathsome tech right and the heinous MAGA right eat themselves alive. In ways you will not see for a bit, it’s over for an aging Trump and his tiresome reality show which inevitable led to this orgy of idiocy. www.politico.com/news/2025/06...

My new Equinox EV got a cracked windshield today from a rock on the highway.

Good news: Thankfully my insurance is covering the entire thing.

Bad news: it’s likely back ordered for months.
