God I don't want to turn all of this into something about me when the way it's affected others is the actual issue here, I just don't know what the hell to do anymore. This sucks, all of this sucks, anything remotely LIKE this sucks. Nobody deserves to go through something like this.

I hate that part of me feels... numb to this, in the way that I've already been faced with shit like this enough times to get used to it -- but even then, I still feel so disgusted and betrayed by someone I genuinely looked up to.
I've already felt like I can't trust people as is. What the fuck?

It sucks because ANYONE is capable of this kind of behavior. It doesn't matter who -- especially doesn't matter if it's a creator you look up to, or a friend you admire. Anyone is capable of acting like this, and keeping it under wraps. And that's what scares the fuck out of me.

Personally I’m really freaked out over a sudden and vague post like this, especially regarding a huge community figure and someone I know personally, so please forgive me if anything I said here came off disrespectfully when that isn’t what I intended in the slightest.

I don’t know what’s going on and I really hope that everything will be okay for anyone involved in whatever this is, but it goes without saying that people are going to be freaking out on a massive scale with zero context. Even just asking people not to speculate and stay calm would go a long way.

This comes from a genuine place of concern with no disrespect intended, but I really wish this post had been a bit more clear or not made at all just yet — given the fact it’s so vague will invite rampant speculation, misinformation, and panic as opposed to encouraging people to be calm and patient.
