Before last night's game, Tyrese Maxey had tallied 142 made threes and 83 steals in his 40 games.
The only other player in NBA history to reach those two marks in his first 40 games of a season was Stephen Curry in 2015-16, when he became the first unanimous NBA MVP.

Checked 3 different providers of lineup data, the number is consistent. Pretty comfortable spot to be in at Christmas.
