Home prices and valuations are swollen because of private Equity owning homes. The people that own homes are doing great but the people that want to buy homes are stuck in apartments, where the apartment corporations are colluding to keep rent High. I suggest homes not be Investments but homes.

No, just houses. Apartments and duplexes don't need to be privately owned. But, if they were everyone would pay less. Big conglomerates are colluding to make everyone pay more for apartments right now. And they can because the cost of houses is propped up by investment valuations.

Investment firms can stand to sit on property when it is not rented, to prop up the prices of other rentals. There are thousands of empty homes and apartments right now. And there are thousands of families paying rent because the cost of houses are being propped up by investment valuation.
