Taking pictures of backlit autumn leaves is an affliction of mine. Admiring stained glass comes in second. Even Notre Dame. The leaves aren’t trying to impress, they’re just frikkin’ beautiful. Notre Dame is lovely too, but very far away. And has fewer birds.

We built the dollhouse for our girls when they had Barbie dolls. (Which one grandma & one aunt gifted them, yearly. Ack.) True Barbie scale. Girls went to college, doll house went to storage. 20 years later it’s home again. It’s a perfect kitty scale.
