For my undergrad politics degree 25yrs ago, the first year was pass/fail, and the optional Political Theory lecture (seminars were compulsory) was 9am the day after the busy student clubnight, attendance quickly fell off a cliff

Struggling mature student me went to every one

I've loved Sigourney Weaver ever since one of my all-time favorite movies, ALIEN. Couldn't resist going all fanboy on her yesterday & asking for a photo. She told me she's now in the cast of The Mandalorian. Talk about bad timing: she's now in that galaxy far, far away, years after I checked out! 💔

A VICIOUS CYCLE OF STUPIDITY/CORRUPTION… 👇

Hmmm…

Farmers in RED STATES, that overwhelmingly voted for Trump, and had their crops decimated because they couldn’t sell to China (because of Trumps tariffs) will now receive OUR TAX MONEY to bail out their TREASONOUS ASSES.

Did I get that right?!

BONKERS!

The Luxon Govt’s rewrite of the RMA laws allows companies to claim financial compensation (from taxpayers) when councils introduce rules to limit pollution or protect the environment.

Let that sink in.

Ukraine’s future must be decided by Ukrainians—not by an unaccountable real-estate-developer-turned-“special envoy,” and certainly not in a back room with Russia while Ukraine is sidelined.

LONDON HEADS OF GOVERNMENT MEETING TODAY

No, we already tried that and look where this country ended up.
