My house is a construction site and I have two almost one year olds toddling around like drunks, so no cooking will be happening this year. Successfully pre ordered Christmas eve dinner (with my parents) and Christmas Day Peking duck (with in laws) for pickup. please clap.

We are among 14 lucky Dominion Energy customers on our block who have now lost power 4 times in the past two-ish months, this time without a storm to blame. Would love for them to actually FIX whatever this issue is so I can stop dealing with this every two weeks in sweltering weather

Spent New Year’s Day giving birth to not one but two babies. 24 hours later had a sleeping baby in one arm and an Italian Store hoagie in the other, never been happier. Happy 2025, everyone.
