Thanks for your feedback! We appreciate everyone sharing their thoughts. We have fixed the RAM usage problem. Regarding permissions, we are working within Flatpak's constraints. While some are necessary for the app to work and update, others, such as full disk access, could be reviewed.

We’re putting in the work to bring you version 3.8.0 and the highly anticipated stable release of Beaver Pocket! It will include note sharing, better PDF support and drawing, smoother syncing, and more. While we code, here’s a sneak peek at the new set of icons. Share your thoughts in the comments!

Introducing the new mermaid block, based on mermaid.js, for inserting diagrams and charts in your notes by typing ::mermaid in the editor. Like the Math Block, it is designed for Beaver to enhance user experience and make your notes truly yours.

Integrations are coming to #BeaverNotes! This feature allows third-party apps, like web clippers and to-do apps, to create and delete notes and labels. Users control permissions, and third-party apps can only access the data they generate, not the content of your notes.
