Even if Legends gets brought back someday in some limited form, I highly doubt this will be the time period that the new comics cover. So this may be an empty hole forever...

The Brian Wood Star Wars title from 2013 is really good and integrates well with Empire/Rebellion, but it didn't get far enough to overtake Rebellion and incorporate its big cast of characters. Nor did it get time to integrate with Dark Times--we still have a 10+ year gap in the comics unfulfilled

I completely forgot that Nintendo published this. The Touch Generation era was clearly the peak of all Nintendo, because they'd just release these awesome causal games a few times a year that nobody talks about online but somehow sold a few million copies

You don't really see too much fiery debate on other classic franchises! Alien, Predator, Terminator, Robocop, Jurassic Park, even Star Trek... The consensus is solid across the internet. There's more disagreement with stuff like Mission Impossible or Batman, but people don't go to war over it
