Glad today is over with! Stressful day, I wasn't able to see my normal GP. GP that I did see, was like yer, yer, oh right etc. Wasn't paying attention to my issues, didn't bother reading my notes, had to repeat a my self a times. I told them & updated them on assignment for ASD. Not a good day!

I had a assessment for ADHD/ASD, I have been diagnosed with both. A new chapter has started in my life, am 42 and only just been diagnosed with it. All my life I thought i was slow, thick & useless. Happy to know but scared going forward & new path with the right support awaits for me now! Relief!
