The real problem here is that clean energy is outweighing the money from the Republicans oil company stocks. These people will sacrifice our planet for money. A lot of good that money will do them when they can't breathe because our planet is so hot and polluted.

If they cause radar interference, then offshore oil rigs, which are way bigger, way more invasive, way more dangerous to life and limb, and way more complex, should also be stopped for the same reasons.

Courts *can* compel them, but I don’t know if any of them actually will. I expect if it goes that route, the administration will try to delay as much as possible - and who knows what SCOTUS will do.
