I have to express my love for both of Yama Wayama’s series. Both “Let’s Go Karaoke!” and “Captivated, by You” were charmingly hilarious. The relationships are so unique and intimate, but not quite romantic. Despite each series being only 4-5 episodes, I was endeared and attached to every character.

Takopi’s Original Sin still has one episode left, but I’m ready to give it a 10/10. Its animation style conveys such powerful feelings, both disturbing but moving. Big trigger warning for suicide and emotional abuse as the series paints a heartbreakingly accurate portrayal of generational trauma

Dandadan is also the first series ever that I’ve read the manga before the seeing the anime adaptation and it’s SO FUN to recognize little peeks into parts of the story we’ll get this season!!

I was so disappointed when they didn’t show the new Dandadan opening during the theatrical screening, but it was worth the wait. It’s so sentimental and I’m so excited to be reunited with my weird little friends!
