The way Severance season 2 wrapped up was so absolutely perfect. Troubling questions were addressed while keeping the larger context even more vague and unsettling. The fight for personhood and dignity is so satisfying to watch.

Although this is the time to be angry and to take concerted actions to address the causes of that action, we can't stop mocking the people who demand to be feared. Comedy like SNL is largely missing the moment, normalizing this more than making it look ridiculous.

for the trump administration even this few black people is a few too many
88% (!) of major U.S law firm partners are white and nearly 75% are men. And more than 50% of firms report having *zero* Black partners. These numbers are even worse when you look at equity partners.
This action by the EEOC is nothing short of disgusting.
