Fix Brexit ?

It's a bit like polishing a turd !

Brexit needs reversing and those responsible confined to the dustbin of history.

It's not to say all is rosy - it clearly isn't and Brexit has made things much worse.

But we aren't skint as a nation either and we can afford to do bold things.

So I hope Reeves focuses on things that bring growth and prosperity to all and doesn't folllw the Tory line of hammering the poor

It's curious how much opprobrium is being dished out to Johnson given the national fascination with Nigel Farage.

They are both cut from the same egotistical cloth and Farage with his failed Brexit has already inflicted huge and lasting damage to the country.

So why would anyone want him as PM ?

The last ten years or so have been blighted by various forms of xenophobia & racism - be it Brexit, race riots or legislation

When you keep telling people from abroad that this is not and never will be their home, the rational thing for those who are able is to move to a place that could.

Doctors are more able than most to get decent jobs and opportunities in other countries.

So what does anyone really expect ?

A public enquiry has now established beyond question that the Johnson governments response to covid was an utter shambles, riddled with incompetence and corruption.

Why does anyone think they did a better job with Brexit ?
