I am genuinely worried about newbie devs. It's super common to use things like Claude Code these days (I do!), but a lot of the folks singing its praises are senior developers. We know what the fuck we're doing.

Do you suppose there's a scientific explanation as to why a lotion that contains lactic acid relieves my sweaty feet better than any of the antiperspirants available for that? Like it's the Dr. Sholls exfoliating lotion. I've got the repair stuff too and it has less in it but it's there.

I was actually under the impression that trans people weren't getting taken care of properly because doctors have no idea how to handle it because it's so rare they've never had to. In fact I'd wager most doctors still haven't ever dealt with it. Even endos probably don't see it much.
