Here's a video of I would guess a third of the sandhill cranes that I saw last night. A ton flew north about an hour before Sunset. if you go into the NWR at the bench where you can watch the area you would have had a much better view of this. I guess the designers know what they're doing 😭 🪶

Here are whatever birds on the glassy pond at sunrise, with extra mic breathing! I really just need an external I can mount on my camera but I haven't found one cheap enough I'm happy to destroy. Which I will. In about a month. 🪶

I saw this small pond yesterday and there were 500 or so white faced ibis' foraging, I knew I had to get back this morning.

Most of the ibis were gone but there was a glorious haze across the nearby fields. I N C R E D I B L E 🪶
