Back in my day it used to be fun, to use weird little german translation errors, e.g. me and my friends used to laugh a lot about Undertaker being translated into "Unternehmer". Now it's just sad because its real. 😔

As far as I found out that can only be configured by the YouTube creators. But that only goes for auto dubbing, not sure if title translation can be configured as well, but it seems to be the case that certain channels do and others don't... "ICH SEHE BÄUME VON GRÜN, ROTE ROSEN AUCH..." 🎶🎧

Agreed, although it's sadly not a good sales pitch to tell people that have no clue about Software development, that the team will try to write less shitty Code this time. So devs try to bring in the big guns aka Silver Bullets instead of arguments.
