I hope the Western governments take note. I would still like to see Ecocide brought into international law.
We were definitely sold a pup by Thatcher. The experiment hasn't improved the water industry, only the profits of the companies that now own them. It needs to be brought back into public ownership now. With increased global warming, water security will become increasingly more important.

It has a debt pile of over £20bn, debt at privatisation was ZERO. More debt inevitable.
