Fair, I figured the keeper had to touch it to review, why word it this way? I guess so the keeper can’t just run straight at the taker and hope they miss?

Isn’t this saying the opposite, they’re at the bottom in terms of forward passes? Later in the thread, it seems like a good explanation for this is that they’re winning the ball higher and are more able/willing to play out of pressure at the back

Personally, I enjoy the match more when I view the ref as environmental (like turf vs grass) than as a third team on the field. Judge the two teams’ adaptation to the match conditions not the conditions themselves
