I follow @kkjetelina.bsky.social on Substack and enjoy her pieces. Today's advice didn't surprise me because I follow the news. But it gave me pause: We have a government that is not just one whose policies seem wrongheaded. We have a government that is trying to make us sicker. Think about it.

I see this over and over again, in my life and on media: young people seem to be suffering from virtue fatigue. But taking personal responsibility for a small part of humanity’s big problems shouldn't cause fatigue. It should energize us and those around us.
