Tragedy struck a small town in my province yesterday.
I’m mortified people are using this horrific event to push hate towards another community, one I have many friends in.
I am amazed to see all the support from around the world. I’m a mess of tears and feelings today.

Finally home after 2 weeks away spent watching my Grandma. I'm exhausted but glad to be home.

While I’m not overly scared of thunder and lightning. The dry conditions and potential for fires do. I feel I can’t really enjoy this storm.

Wife is home and bedridden with a 25 centimetre incision in her lower abdomen. Eight weeks before it’s healed up enough to resume any part of our lives. This includes work, and it’s why I keep bringing this back up because I don’t want us to end up homeless or unable to have food. Help please.

It's 7 am here in Alberta and I still haven't slept and they're going to cut my wife's abdomen open and remove her entire uterus and we really need help so we can keep having a place to live while she recovers.
