Friedrich Merz unterstellt mit seiner Aussage im Kern, dass Ärzt:innen massenhaft „Gefälligkeitskrankschreibungen“ ausstellen – also bewusst falsche Gesundheitszeugnisse. Damit rückt er die gesamte Ärzteschaft in die Nähe eines Verstoßes gegen § 278 StGB, also einer Straftat.

sagen sie mal ist dieser hohe krankenstand wirklich notwendig ich sehe da ein generelles problem wissen sie ich glaube die leute sind einfach zu faul und ruhen sich in der sozialen hängematte aus das werden wir ändern damit es mit unserem äh also dem wohlstand in diesem land wieder aufwärts geht
