In biomedical science, LLM-AI is being tasked to be interlocutor, arbitrator, judge, jury and circus-master in multi-dimensional mission-creep mode. Can we sacrifice quality (one side of which might be cultural alignment) to speed of access? A common dilemma: is the best squashing the good-enough?

Yes indeed so - a narrow window, with only limited vision possible - the big danger is of AI being tasked to solve all problems simultaneously with a "one-sized-fits-all' algorithmic approach.
