Self-validation & self-compassion have to be meaningfully baked into every realistic trauma recovery tool we develop.

My best friend, who knows my stuff, says I'm not too much even if I talk a lot. Because I'm aware I talk a lot, and I give her time and my full attention to her stuff too.
