At one of the agencies I worked at, we built a tool to try and help keep track of project costs to help estimate new work better. There were multiple PAINFUL meetings with senior management, where we had to painstakingly explain that the staff cost money. “But staff time doesn’t cost us anything” 😂

I love stuff like that. The Ghibli museum in Mitaka is one of my favourite museums of all time. They have shelves full of the concept art and sketches for all of their films that you can just take down and look through. I could happily spend years in that place 😂
