Yeah, they're great! Vancouver was basically the home of sci fi TV for a while, and so many of my favorite shows were made there.

It is exactly trickle down, did you even read the paper? They just changed the name to "moving chain." And yeah, this is perfect, it says for every 100 market rate units you bring online, up to 33 affordable ones become available eventually. So we just need to build and sell billions of units– easy!

Between me and my previous employers I have probably purchased thousands of dollars worth of O'Reilly books– they were pretty much my go to for anything around open source programming and I had so many of their reference books– it's so sad they're just setting all of that good will on fire.
