To no one's surprise, as soon as Trump came into office he started attacking minorities. However, I do hope that Americans would show the same outrage when the Democrats pull off similar crap on them, and realise that "the State" never has their best interests at heart, and never will.

I suddenly got a lot of new followers this week, so maybe I should introduce myself: I am Ujjwal, a PhD student working on fast radio bursts (FRBs) at the National Centre for Radio Astrophysics (NCRA), Pune, India.

After months of work, managed to submit my first paper to the arXiv: arxiv.org/abs/2405.09749. We detected (and analysed) a lot of bursts using the #uGMRT 🔭 from the newest hyperactive repeater on the FRB market, FRB 240114A.

Last year, I helped out in my institute's celebration of National Science Day by telling thousands of kids how the #GMRT, one of the largest radio telescopes in the world, works. Thanks to that, I have ended up in this fantastic video by Kavin: www.youtube.com/watch?v=3FNQ.... 🔭
