Havent missed an exercise or walk since the start of October. Eating better and more controlled (still enjoy things too!) Been leaning into sugar free stuff more and just making different choices in my diet. Feeling good. Just did leg day (see photo) (only did seated claves but doubled up on reps)

Me when my paranoid anxiety having wife wants me to "check the house" cause shes got the spookys (im on night shift and she hates it, i also dont mind giving her peace of mind)

Kept having to pause after 2 kms (stupid work getting in the way lol) but wound up getting 8 in...nice.

Omg i somehow managed to do this. i fizzled out on the abs. Got lots of hanging leg raises in, but crunches weren't happening lol. 6km walk tomorrow. Then leg day...wooo
