the tonkotsu is for a big friend trip that i’m hopefully going on next fall!! i just know i’m gonna need to practice a few times so wanted to start reading different recipes.

instant ramen however is a delicacy as well 😌

it was dark when i posted this but it actually looks like it is outside of downtown (and the mountain has been abducted again) 👀🙌

the temps have been fluctuating here, but most places i’ve lived do a staggered dip into winter. schools are closed for this distinct but it might also be slightly worse on the less-populated roads.

i just like snow 🌨️
