i'm safe and doing okay (i.e., not in a crisis situation or at risk). i just needed to express my feelings. i am also not strong enough to have this conversation with multiple friends, so this is sort of my way of sharing life stuff. idek if this makes sense, my brain feels like its been tenderized.

You can't cut these guys up, otherwise they grow into MORE WORMS. Yiu have to put them in a large ziplock bag, and pour salt, vinegar and alcohol on them, then FREEZE them for AT LEAST 24hrs, and dispose of the bag in the trash.

Then you gotta REPORT it to things like the iNaturalist app.
