Do you have record of being aware of the man who set the counselors carport on fire
What interventions could have happened to prevent the need to find warmth where there are no walls? Very inefficient to heat a place with no walls

Social housing is not a phrase to replace housing first
We need a reset as to what the gift can do and what mutual aid is for.

So we pay taxes, so the government doesn't have to do anything because we're actually gonna be putting our energy into mutual aid
