Can utahans introduce a voter initiative about their maps to protect representation? Can they recall state legislators? What can voters do? What can organizers do?

Working family party has held some interesting meetings. I think the only thing that will change the Democrat party is for the people support primary challengers and voter backed initiatives that change laws. we 92% need to get on code about what we expect too. They take our support for granted.
