I also can’t afford to rock the boat though because I know he’s a once in a lifetime boss. He is very big on monetary recognition (got me a 6% and then a 10% raise this year) and verbal recognition, big fan of free PTO days, very easy to talk to, and will absolutely go to bat for you. That’s so rare

The whitest of traditional values white men. I do think he has a good heart and is not irredeemable. He is a very loving guy but every once in awhile he’ll slip something in that makes me clutch my leftist pearls. I try educating him in subtle ways and he has always been receptive at least.

I actually really like him and he is a genuinely good boss but I do hate his politics. At dinner Thursday night I had to explain redlining to him. He’s in his fifties and had never heard of it.

He’s actually a genuinely good guy and the best boss I’ve ever had but every once in a while he likes to remind me that he’s a Christian and it catches me off guard every time.

Knew a guy in his mid thirties named Ropyr for awhile. His mom was ahead of her time with the unnecessary y’s.

Yeah I kinda think my clubbing days are behind me but I could be convinced to go at least once under the right circumstances. 😂

I’ve never been but when I was a kid I remember driving by with my mom and I told her I wanted to go and she was SCANDALIZED and said it was full of sex and drugs and bad things. 😂

Gonna create a YouTube channel called CryptKids where he goes around interviewing other cryptids.

Our 9 year old is a self-proclaimed Mothman. There are only two in the world. The one in West Virginia and him. He is the first MothKid. When he stares at bright lights he can see the past, present, and future…and can also watch tv like shows on Netflix and Disney+ which I found fascinating.

Yep. One of my cousins I am the closest to and would do literally anything for. 🙃

My cousin told me she has my facebook posts muted because I’m “too political.” Which is a fun way of saying she’d rather not know anything about my life than have to scroll by one post that’s about human rights. 🙄

Adding when it’s cloudy and you can see little rays of sunshine peeking through the clouds. It always makes me smile and feel warm inside.
