I would imagine NHS digital but I’m not sure of the future of that part given the scrapping of NHS England. The proposal calls for a massive amount of varied data some of which would likely be help by individual trusts such a tissue samples.

Thank you Liz! As you say, it's unfortunate that not everyone is able to get seen quickly. A complex issue.
