One cafe I worked it stayed open at -42. Recognizing that we'd be suuuuper slow, we offered a current temperature discount (ex. -42). Then the pipes eventually froze so we were forced to close anyways. We should have all just stayed home.

Same with businesses! Businesses that aren't essential (grocery, medical, emergency) should shut down at -40. Or at least give all workers an option to stay home.
