Honestly the new cutsenes feels like some leftovers from an earlier draft of the story that they decided to polish up and reinsert with no thought that they may have been cut for good reasons.

Most of the additional cutsenes in 0DC are pretty bad additions that make the story paced worse, especially the one where they take a guy who was pretty definitely killed off in an exploding car and make it so that he survived, for like no benefit as he doesn't do anything after that point.

something I would only recommend people who have already completed the game use, but like you get access to the Grade shop for completing it already and dont really have the issue of being unable to transfer saves from a previous system so what the fuck is even the point of that here?

Personally I find that her demon arm not translating particularly well to Berseria's incredibly mid 3d visuals more frustrating, but yeah that is a close 2nd.

Understandable, Inomata does buff the score of every game she did character design for.

I can only really comment on the Graces F Switch port as that's the only one I've tried on Switch, but that game felt nasty on the console, though the 1/3 of a second input delay was just as responsible for its feel as the framerate was there.
