I can't stress enough how important it is to make an example here. Take all the money from these companies. Find alternatives.

Vote with your pockets because fundamentally money and power is everything to these insufferable pricks.

We published this around Figma config 2024 and it’s even more relevant now. It’s increasingly becoming a tool of low quality slop when you want to go further than pictures of websites/apps. You can do better with learning skills that will outlive any design/builder tool.

In libraries, branching should operate at the component level not the file level. And you should be able to publish the branched version of the component. That would change the game for design system teams.

Y'ALL.

Portable HTML Web Components are fucking cracked.

It looks like they are **faster** than the fastest Vanilla JS implementation in the JS Framework Benchmark.

I literally reran the benchmark 5 times because I didn't believe it, but every single time they came in first place 🤯

OpenAI accusing DeepSeek of intellectual property theft for allegedly training on GPT output is a classic case of “the pot calling the kettle black,” especially given the lawsuits against OpenAI for using copyrighted material in its own training data.
